The belief of blending mindfulness with self-confidence to create boundaries helps us to discover a better understanding of who we are and what we need to have a more fulfilled life.  I can help introduce you to tools, guidance, and a way to bring some zen into your world. 

By creating an environment for you that encourages acceptance of our vulnerabilities and commitment to behaviors that are based on our values, we will focus on addressing tough feelings that we internalize and behaviors we externalize. 

Over the last 20 years, I have gained extensive experience working with children and families. I have experience working with families on stabilization, crisis interventions, and providing community resources to help families thrive. I specialize in working with at-risk youth. Working with youth labeled as "at-risk" is a passion of mine.

My approach blends evidence-based techniques: psychodynamic, motivational interviewing, psychoeducation, and cognitive behavioral therapy; with a deep understanding of each individual's unique experience and insights, helping clients build resilience, confidence, discover their strengths, and move toward meaningful, authentic growth.
