“Only when we are brave enough to explore the darkness will we discover the infinite power of our light.”
~ Brené Brown~
I believe that every person deserves to be truly seen, heard, and understood.
Do you struggle with family conflict, complicated relationships, feeling unseen or unheard, or carrying patterns from past experiences that leave you feeling stuck? If you've been trying to manage your emotions alone, questioning your sense of self, or feeling like no one truly understands, just know that you are not alone and you do not have to face it alone.
I work with teens and adults who are ready to explore the impact of trauma and life stressors on their relationships, sense of safety, and their ability to live fully in the present. Together we work toward understanding, healing, and reclaiming the parts of yourself that may have felt lost or overlooked.
You don't have to have it all figured out, I am here to walk with you every step of the way.
If you have struggled with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-doubt, challenging relationships then therapy with me offers a compassionate, non-judgemental space to explore your experiences; understand your patterns; and begin building a more meaningful, balanced life. You don't have to have it all figured out, I am here to walk with you every step of the way.
I work alongside clients to navigate the challenges of trauma, emotional intensity, and complex relationships. I offer a space where vulnerability is met with empathy, curiosity, respect, and attunement. My approach blends evidence-based techniques: psychodynamic, motivational interviewing, psychoeducation, and cognitive behavioral therapy; with a deep understanding of each individual's unique experience and insights, helping clients build resilience, confidence, discover their strengths, and move toward meaningful, authentic growth.
