Because when you decide you are ready, you don’t want to wait.

At CT Psych Now, we understand the frustration of finally having the courage to ask for help only to be discouraged by long waitlists, or people not returning your call. This is why a part of our mission (and where our name comes from), is to ensure we call back clients within 48 business hours. We also try our best to get you scheduled for your first session within 1-2 weeks. You shouldn’t have to wait for long periods of time when you are already struggling.

We are a small group practice that focuses on providing our clients with personalized care without the big “agency” feel. We work with adolescents, teens, young adults, adults and older adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, and neurodivergent individuals.
