I believe that therapy can be a space to slow down, feel heard and become more curious about yourself!

Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or like you’re constantly trying to keep up with everything going on around you? Are you struggling to understand your emotions, navigate relationships, or adjust to a life change that has left you feeling unsure of yourself?

Maybe you know that something doesn’t feel right, but you’re not quite sure how to put it into words. If you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, difficulty regulating emotions, or simply feeling stuck, we may be a good fit. I believe therapy can be a space to slow down, feel heard, and become more curious about yourself - your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and the experiences that have shaped you.

I believe in a collaborative therapeutic experience where you are the expert on your own life.

My approach is flexible and integrative, drawing from a psychodynamic lens while incorporating tools from a number of therapeutic modalities. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I blend strategies based on who you are, what you’re experiencing, and what feels most helpful for you.

I believe in a collaborative therapeutic experience where you are the expert on your own life. Therapy is a space where we can slow down, get curious, and learn more about who you are- your emotions, thoughts, relationships, patterns, strengths, and the experiences that have shaped you. I’ll bring my clinical knowledge and perspective, while you bring your own understanding of your life and experiences. Together, we can create an approach that feels comfortable, meaningful, and true to you. My intent is to meet you where you are, create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, and work alongside you at a pace that feels right.
